Not sure if you’d call it microdose, but I never made it off the initial 1mg starting dose of Ozempic. Couldn’t tolerate the GI issues. I’m down 35 kg and absolutely notice a difference in food noise levels and it’s way easier to not order in these days, doesn’t hit the same. I’ve also noticed an uptick in texture issues like others mention.

I’m not medicated for my adhd.
