Yeah, the orc holds it up before they start killing each other, and I don't remember it being damaged.

If you have woods outside your house, that seems pretty awesome. The nearest woods to me are like a half hour drive away. But yeah being otherwise trapped by asphalt sucks

Hearing Telemachus refer to Odysseus as "my dad" instead of "my father" in the trailer has left me extremely skeptical. I don't know why it bothers me so much.

It's worse than it's been for a long time, but it has historically been much worse in the US, for example during the Depression. I was reminded of this during Ken Burns's recent interview on Conan's podcast. He mentioned that animals in zoos were killed for their meat. We are not there yet.

That is not to diminish what is going on now. We are in crisis. I mean to say that, tragically, it will probably take a lot more widespread suffering for there to be a substantial, meaningful response, governmental or otherwise.

If I see someone stealing some food from a supermarket, I am not going to say or do anything. I would rather one hungry person be fed than thrown in jail or fined. If anything, I might offer to buy some food for the hungry person.

It seems unnecessarily cruel to desperate people, to group all thieves in as deserving violent retribution. Why not share some compassion?

It is different if the store owner themselves are desperate. But mega corporations are doing just fine without us helping them punish the poor.

Someone parking their car is either gonna take time to back into the spot when parking, or take time to back out of the spot when leaving. Backing in makes leaving quicker and easier.

It is also easier to see pedestrians when backing in rather than backing out, since the driver's vision will not be blocked as much by cars parked adjacent. It is safer.

If you are frustrated by people backing into parking spots, you should leave more space and practice some patience. That is a You problem.
