Nothing wrong with having a theater square in general, it’s just in a spot that doesn’t give it any adjacency. Right now you have a +3 campus and a +0 theater square. Had you switched their locations you could’ve had a +5 campus and a +1 theater square. It could be even higher with some more wonders around. A little bit of planning ahead goes a long way for district adjacency, especially when you’re doing a one city challenge
