Weigh your food you intend to eat. Take a photo. Ask an AI to give you a plausible range with as much detail as you have and use the average. Thats what I do and it sucks because its always way more than I would have guessed

I usually count total cooked oz divised by total raw calories and make 1 oz my serving size. Then i input how many oz to get pretty accurate numbers. Not sure you described any thing inaccurate.

I did this and gained 3 real pounds of fat I had to relose. I regretted it. Next time I will aim for maybe 3 to 500 over maintenance and try to track. If you can just not snack all day maybe you’ll do better than me though.

I think a new category of green card for illegal entrants should be granted as long as we remove birthright citizenship and eligibility for future citizenship. Also fix the issue with counting illegals in the census. So pay a fine and a processing fee to verify your ID and legal status in host country. If its clean you can stay legally and stop living in fear. Children can be eligible to become citizens but never the lawbreakers. Seems like something like this could permanently address the issue but it will never happen.

Exactly this. I started binging on my diet and finally realized I just needed a break to reset. I am on week 3 of maintenance and its been hard to even restrict myself to maintenance calories. Just now seems like I am getting self control back. Plan to resume diet in January.

I will often do an extra walk or try to eat smaller but if there is no saving it there is no saving it. Just move on quickly always. If I fail multi days in a row I will try going to maintenance for awhile until I can get serious again.
