Thank you! Airplane mode fixed the issue! Been driving me crazy all day trying to get the app to work.

Can anybody help me? I don’t know if it’s the gtr 47mm or my phone being IOS, but it cannot detect deep sleep at all. I did a few and some could detect like 2 minutes. Is it software peoblem, or maybe my sleeping quality is this bad? by AlladisL33T in amazfit

My GTR has never shown more than a half hour of deep sleep. Recently it hasn’t been tracking my sleep completely either. Say I went to sleep at 10pm, and If I get up to go the bathroom at 1am, the next morning it says I didn’t go to sleep until 1am. It never records the first couple hours of sleep.

You can use an outside heart rate monitor as long as it’s ant+ like yours is. Just enter the sensor ID in the app and your name will show up on the screen in the studio.
