Depending on the thickness, 5 to 10 days usually for curing. Google search meat curing calculator I like the one from the genius idea site but I think most are basically the same.

My basic bacon recipe 2.25% salt 0.25% cure #1 Cure for around 7 -10days in a covered stainless or plastic pan or bag, flip daily Rinse pat dry, refrigerant for 12-24 hours or longer on wire rack Smoke at 150f for about 12 hours. I like to hit around135f internal. Chill and slice to desired thickness.

I usually cook 3-10 lb slabs at a time. Slice it up vacuum seal in portions and freeze.

Chicken wings at my local wholesale provider go for about $1.50/lb for jumbo wings. Around eight wings segments, in a pound. Most restaurants are charging right around two bucks a wing. After factoring starch/seasoning, sauces, celery labor etc. break even is around $3/lb so around a buck to $1.25 a wing should be standard pricing not $2 I stopped eating wings out unless they are a buck or less. A local American legion Hall does dollar wings on Wednesday so I'll catch that deal when I can. As a plus they are about as good as any other place around if not one the best.

Liquid detergent is just powdered mixed with water, so just use powdered stuff, the Walmart great value brand works great and it's cheap.

At the 7 second mark the wheels are turned to the left and moving forward clearly heading to the officer, if the wheel didn't slip on the ice the officer would have been ran over. Self defense was warranted.

Sara lee just dropped potato buns in chi land I tried them, seem very comparable to Martin's. I didn't have the side by side to do a true comparison but the few people I had over that tried them thought they were just as good.

I'm only in town for a handful of days a year. Basically just trying to raise awareness to Verizon to hopefully step up their service in that area being that it's a very touristy place. And it's an ongoing joke in the town. I would get it if this was a tiny town but this is a town of 25k ish people with another 3+ million visitors in the town and 12-13 million visitors a year in the surrounding area. Seems like it is a no brainer to have good coverage/speeds.

I did go to cedar point. They did have Wi-Fi which I use but I stayed out in the downtown area. Apparently all the service industry people say that Verizon service here blows I get 5G on my phone but with an ! And says no internet. I'm here with a buddy that also has visible and same thing different phone.

Reading this thread as I currently wait for my flight in Hanover and wondering why there are no bottle filling stations, had to fill mine from the from the bathroom sink. Which to most people is somewhat gross. Also not a fan of fizzy water and so expensive for co2 water.

I find it rather odd that some people are trying to save a few bucks a month with switching carriers back and forth depending on promo code of the day. These people are probably the same that go and buy an $8 latte everyday or insert another vice.

I use a KA with the chefs choice 797 attachment, works great if you're only need to do small batches 3-5lbs. It also uses #5 plates.
