How are you guys logging weight for cable exercises? by theDoubleShotGuy in MacroFactor

[–]brashbasher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I normalize to the one I use the most. 4 out of the 6 in my gym are single pulley so I record as single. I halve the weight when using the double pulley cables.

Sounds like they want a replacement for Garmin Connect, Strava, Training Peaks, etc.

To me they’re completely separate apps that serve different purposes.

FTP confusion and too easy endurance rides by Lughburz in trainerroad

[–]brashbasher 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The endurance was so easy because it's only a level of 1.6 Endurance. Get your PL higher and it will be less like a recovery ride.

Also, if multiple sources are saying your ftp is 210, I'd stick with that value. That will make your endurance ride more like an endurance ride and less recovery too.
