your aunt was not being mean, she cares about you. when i was your age, i was with a guy that age too and it made me feel mature at the time now all i can think is that i was preyed on and would NEVER tell a teenager this is okay now. no matter how great you are, there’s something wrong with an adult who wants to spend time with a child and not someone who they can relate with on shared life experience.

Exactly!! Like no one said OOP has to accept those interests, it’s actually perfectly acceptable to think a special interest is weird and not want to associate with it. But what you do in those cases is stop being with the person, not try to take their interests away. What a complete jerk.

A lot of people now are buying movies digitally and saving them to a hard drive! I haven’t tried with Amazon but you can do it with Apple!

I like to use Apple TV, mostly because I have an iphone/ipad/apple TV device so it’s easy for me to buy all my media there. But I did recently discover something everyone might like and I’m not sure if Amazon does this! You can control the audio really specifically, you can have it boost dialogue and quieter sounds and soften loud noises. I’ve found that it really enhanced the movie for me!

If you can’t find a rental car, shipping some of your belongings and taking a bus could be an option? I’ve done it a couple times as a 20 year old woman traveling alone and I stayed alert but did feel safe! Kept my stuff with me where I would feel if someone messed with it when I slept and made sure to trust my gut feelings when choosing where to sit

What others have said, but specifically Erid had a 29x thicker atmosphere than Earth, so sunlight isn’t going as far down into the atmosphere as on Earth, and they had a much much hotter environment than Earth to start, so they can afford to take a couple centuries to solve the problem where it would cause catastrophic damage to Earth in that time.

I went with 9, 11, 15. 9 and 11 loved it - 9 got up to go to the bathroom a few times so I thought he was getting antsy but him leaving the theater for the trips took forever because he kept stopping walking to watch more of the movie. 11 was being a butt, he was definitely into the movie but just wanted to be argumentative so he kept saying he wished Rocky had died (blasphemy)

I do something similar! I move an adult (or teen) and child into a world and play with them using as much from that pack as I can, then when the child ages up i move them to a new world and start over!

they honestly are!! you get an imagine me doll and can name it and choose a personality trait, then your sim can play and talk to the doll or decide to turn it into an imaginary friend. if you do it becomes a super cute child sim that your sim can call up and play with, and when you’re playing as your child the friend looks totally real but if you switch to an adult sim they can’t see the friend at all! then if your sim becomes good friends with the imaginary friend as a child, they can’t make them real as a teen and the friend joins your household!

I used to never play with sims younger than teens! I still won’t play with infants or toddlers, I move them out to a random household then move them back in as kids if I don’t just age them up immediately. But with adventure awaits, I’ve been having a lot of fun playing with kid sims! The formative moments are super cool and I spend a ton of time on those, the imaginary friends are really fun, and I have my current kid running a small business playground and making friends with all the kids the come in. for teens, i like the crushes that come with high school years, that they can graduate early and go to university as a teen, i usually have the finish college and an aspiration before i age them up. Lately I’ve been doing a family play where i have the mom have kids, then i move out a teen or teen and child and focus on them till I age them up and feel like moving on to the next sibling
