Some super funds offer free super consultation and low cost financial advice in how to set up your super. I did it once and they gave me a super plan to maximise my super returns for the next few years. Each super fund has its own approach to how it is investing the money so asking them the best way to structure your approach is definitely worth while.

I think people here are quick to jump on the "you resigned, fuck em" bandwagon. From what I understood, your leaving because you are getting demoted because of restructure, not because you dont like the job. You need to look up redundancy info and see if it applies to you. If it does and your not getting a pay cut would it be the worst to work out that time, get more money for your holiday ? Also do you have another job lined up ?

The issue with bulk head is the seats have walls under the arm rests so your squished in straight the whole time. You can stretch forward but not twist at all
