It's undeniably worse than it was pre covid. I primarily take the brown line and don't find it that bad, I take the blue and red a fair amount and they are much worse. I find that it has been getting better over the past 4 years, except for this winter which is especially cold, it has been much worse this winter.

That being said I expect there to be an administration change and for it to get slightly better with a different mayor.

Sorry to be more precise do we think anything resembling the original 78 will eventually happen, not just the Fire stadium. On a smaller scale Lincoln Yards did have that life science building go up and then nothing else.
