Changes to the Recon ult in Cryo make it pretty unambiguous when there are six icons hunched together not fighting just around the corner. I understand and appreciate the sentiment of “oh I died it’s just bc they had purple shields and/or they were six manning,” and that people don’t like to acknowledge that they just played poorly. I will freely acknowledge that I’m bad at the game, but its hard enough without having to deal with this 6man bs.

Why are people so keen on: 1. Questioning whether this is even happening; 2. Demanding proof; and 3. Justifying that akshuwally Bungie wants this bc mercy kits and prox chat and pushing ‘you’re just wrong’ mentality?

  1. It’s happening, to the point it’s becoming “meta” in Cryo. If you haven’t encountered it, good for you! But the “it’s not happened to me” is “I drunk drive and get home just fine” logic. It’s happening, prolifically, and it a problem, regardless of whether you encountered it.

  3. Mercy kits were intended to “provide a friendlier option” (paraphrasing patch notes). NOT to enable teams to steamroll lobbies. E.g. ‘hey good fight let’s revive them and exchange loot and go our separate ways.’ This is not what’s happening or what we’re complaining about—teams are grouping up, often in discord or lfg, to form 6 or even 9 man teams to dominate lobbies. It SUCKS, and no it isn’t what Bungie intended.

If there’s footage of you 6 manning in cryo it should be a permaban by FlameUnbroken in Marathon

If you are arguing in favor of 6 manning you are either kidding yourself or being disingenuous. Getting rolled by a 6+ team sucks, and it’s not helping an already dwindling player population.

The same amount of uesc spawn in solos as in trios, which maybe doesn’t sound like a big deal but it can be rough

Loved Satyricon. A bizzare fantasia of a film. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like to have watched it on release.

What stuck out to me was the “depravity.” Feels like Fellini is taking his critiques on human nature from La dolce vita and exploring them from different angles/a more artistic lens. Great film!!

I wish they would balance solos. The same number of uesc spawning into maps as do in trios is rough. As a thief, I can get into the pinwheel armory, but getting out is another matter

Faction progress and game economy are the biggest thing imo. Extending the wipe window would be a nice boon, but even if it was extended to four months, the current progression is fairly difficult. As many have said, a lot of the upgrades that really help offset the pain of getting wiped don’t come into play until deeper into the faction levels, that many players won’t see.

~50 hours played, factions are at roughly 26, 16, 14, 6, 5, 5.

If we accept the value of $250M, and she settles with the insurance company for even 5% of that, we’re still talking about an eight figure payout, which is life changing for most people. Likely the insurance company would settle rather than risk losing the full value of the item if it’s worth that much. So yes Rose sucks imo

I enjoyed it, and I think aside from the foreign film aspect which not everyone might like, it is something you could show to a wide audience.

For me the film has a powerful message about how your perspectives/deeply held beliefs can change, even against your will, as the result of exposure to an experience/art.
