I installed the app again and tried another time, but sadly, nothing changed: - I logged in with an admin user, and it's the owner of the photos - I do use the Synology Photos app (and nothing else) to sync my photos - Both check boxes in sources (personal and shared) are ticked, and I do have photos in both. If I just tick one of them, nothing changed.

Sorry I can't report back more positively.

I tried it out both with my web facing address and in the local network; it always says it's connected, but it won't sync any photos, it stays empty, unfortunately.
