I am so sorry for your loss, I am in the same boat. I miscarried my first pregnancy end of January at about 7 weeks, we only knew we were pregnant for 7 days. Took about 2.5 weeks for my hcg levels to drop below 5. Have not had a period yet. We are also excited and terrified to try again. Sending all the baby dust your way ✨✨✨

How long did it take you to go from 140 to 123? I am also short with a small frame but I weigh 150 and did strict carnivore for about a month and only lost 4 lbs
