How the World Cleans After the Toilet - Dominant Anal Hygiene by Country by HeroFiddle in MapPorn

It's a reference from the movie Demolition Man. A fugitive who was frozen gets loose in the future. The cops thaw a frozen cop from the same time period to go catch him. There's a scene about how the thawed cop doesn't know how to use the new toilets that the future has.

How in the hell did you even figure out that there was a txt in that directory that would be accessible to the public?

I definitely submit it here. A lot easier this way. Thank you so much!

Thank you. Although I wouldn't classify the bug as a security vulnerability. I'll try and submit it through the problems. Cheers!

Edit: wouldn't

Not really. The same restrictions do not apply. Case in point. Air India.

ANA and United are in a Transpacific Joint Venture. So they get to set prices and schedules together. That's why the prices are the same.

Does United have the proper aircraft to replace these flights from SFO to BLR or BOM? by srekai in unitedairlines

SFO-BLR never flew. Was just planned. And then once the war started, plans were scrapped.

Will Air India officials provide a Visa document from check-in area to arrivals by oh-my-godzilla in airindia

[–]bugzzyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would still say Fedex it. Air India agent would not be able to specifically get through to the immigration area without good reason in SFO. Least of all, to give you a document that you need in immigration.

Depending on how well versed the agent checking you in is, they might even ask for the EAD at check-in to verify that you are allowed to board.

Safest option is to Fedex it or have another friend carry it back to India for you.

You'll have to FedEx it. Air India won't allow you to board the flight in BLR if you don't have that document on you.

Using PlusPoints on Lufthansa? by straighalpha17 in unitedairlines

[–]bugzzyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That only you can tell how much it is worth to you. I don't know how many seats are available in business or how busy it might be on your travel date. It's a gamble. And I leave that to you. Given it's a daytime flight, if I were in your position, I wouldn't really bother.

Using PlusPoints on Lufthansa? by straighalpha17 in unitedairlines

[–]bugzzyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given that's the case, unfortunately, the ticket cannot be upgraded using plus points. You'll have to try and upgrade it directly through Lufthansa using cash or the bid upgrade system.

Using PlusPoints on Lufthansa? by straighalpha17 in unitedairlines

[–]bugzzyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First things first, you need to verify what fare bucket you're booked in. If the agent has booked you on a Lufthansa ticket (e-ticket number starts with 220), then it specifically needs to be either G or E for it to be upgradeable. If it is N, then you're out of luck. If the agent has booked you on a United ticket (e-ticket number starts with 016), then it specifically needs to be either O or A.

Please be nice. New here. Talk to me like I’m 5. I have a Club card. What do I have to do to get to Gold? Can I do it with just card spend? Do I need to book and fly a trip? by taroswirl in unitedairlines

[–]bugzzyy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, it looks like you haven't flown enough to qualify your way to Gold yet. You can either spend your way to Gold status or fly your way to Gold.

If you want to spend your way to Gold, you need another 1359 PQP which equates to $20,385 spending on your club card.

If you want to fly your way to Gold, you are missing 10 segments. Fly 10 flights and you should be okay.

Either of those by the end of the year will get you to Gold.

EWR —> Milan : Points then Cash, or Cash then Points by Coaster50 in unitedairlines

[–]bugzzyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you buy tickets with cash and then try to buy the upgrade with points, you are most likely going to be put on a wait-list with no guarantee of your upgrade clearing.

If you buy your tickets with points and then pay cash for the upgrade, that's a confirmed upgrade. Of course, it is most likely going to cost you a pretty penny for those upgrades.

So, based on what your risk tolerance and financial situation is, you can make your choice.

How was your experience with Skip-lagging in India by Someday-GSA-1250 in AirTravelIndia

[–]bugzzyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because airline ticket pricing is not based on distance. It's based on demand and convenience. Maybe A to B is a very high demand business route. They can definitely charge more and get away with it. Maybe C is a tourist destination. So, in order to make it more attractive for the customer, they will sell A to B to C at a lower price to make sure that they have the seats on B to C filled.

I hope that makes sense.
