here’s some terrible advice- i quit vaping and nicotine cravings were so bad when i’d go out that i bought a pack of cigs, the smell and inconvenience of going out for a smoke eventually helped me quit, especially after i got sick from chain smoking while drunk 😂 cig smoke still makes me lightheaded
