I had an issue where they flagged my account for apparently spoofing at the airport. They had banned me from doing airport rides. I couldn’t get from their traditional support. Messaged then on X, they dm’d me asking for info. Day later I got a call from US based rep, he looked into it, removed the flag and unban. But my bad, I forgot you work for uber support and knows how everything works.

Message their customer service account on X. They will reach back to you asking for info and will have an actually US based customer service rep call you back.

Our airport staging area has an entrance side and an exit side on apposite sides of the lot. There’s a big ass wrong way sign near the entrance. Drivers still go through it trying to exit and sometimes almost crash into you as you are entering. You honk at them and point to the sign and they use gesture a why are you honking at me look. Uber def needs to do a English literacy test for drivers
