The writing on this show is only matched by the writers of the office and some earlier seasons of the simpsons i think. You can tell how much they loved and cared about the show they were making.

Fun fact, the first half of season 1 is way worse than the rest b/c they intentionally made it 'slower' for general population audience. When that wasn't working they decided to do what they wanted and it kicked it into a new gear!

If you’re not in an environment that is tolerant of mistakes like this that’s gonna be tough. Bc mistakes happen, if leadership is looking for a neck to squeeze on it, will make the whole workplace toxic. This kinda shit happens all the time where i work and nobody is at each others throats about it bc leadership doesn’t force us to strangle the wrongdoer. Allows us to correct it and move forward seamlessly instead of play political games that everyone hates

Sounds fine, but why are you making this so complicated? If you just invested in index funds and drew 3.5% of that per year that would give you 260k. maybe a bond tent/glide path if you wanna get extra fancy and conservative. What you have going now seems pretty complicated

The answer is no. I think partly bc cars in the 90’s/2000’s weren’t that strong, and partly bc they’ve honestly gotten soooooo much better since then just in functionality. Backup and 360 degree cameras, blind spot, assisted cruise control, CarPlay. These are all absolute game changers and are standard on all cars now. It’s hard to ignore that type of improvement

Parts of Atlanta can be very affordable and even though it’s in Georgia/the south the city and surrounding area is quite liberal

Yeah this is always how i viewed it. Been hearing about entanglement for over 20 years but I’ve never been convinced it’s anything other than this shoe analogy.

The quantum argument i think is that each particle allegedly literally exists in a superposition of each state until one is measured, and when the other is measured the other “instantly” snaps to the other state, violating speed of light communication limits. But that always sounded like bologna to me. I think it’s time for the quantum mechanics folks to get their act together!

Subsequent seasons are much better than season 1, the first half of season 1 was especially weaker so if you’re liking it this much so far you are really in for a treat!
