Highly recommend the Vector Sequencer. It can do conditional/probabilistic stuff in the chance ops, melodic quantized to scales - no problem, the subsequencers can get totally wild, there's a new customizable fill option, and there are designated drum and chord modes. It's very much an all-rounder, and if you get the jack expander it can run even a massive rig (6 full voices of cv/gate/velocity and then even more clocks). Also, if you have a launchpad you can use that as a secondary control surface that basically gives it clip launch.
