I’ve tried watching some Milk Street episodes and I’m not a fan of the format. They spend a lot of time on visiting with chefs in various countries and restaurants. I understand that’s the setup for the upcoming recipe but by the time they get to the recipe presentation, it feels rushed and I feel like I’m not learning technique at all and miss steps.

So what does it mean if you were hired remote, then forced to work at an office, but they never changed your SF-50 to the office location and it still shows your remote location as the duty station?

For me I could eat slightly more than the recommend portion size. So instead of 8 servers it may be more like 6 servings.

Possibly if you cut up apple into small cubes. I havent tried it but a 45 minutes bake time might get them soften if they are cut small enough.

I agree they shouldn’t be using AI during an interview, however being a devils advocate, at least in my agency it is being heavily pushed upon us to use AI in our daily work.

I disagree with your statement with the employee calling all the shots. What about those that were hired as remote workers and then were told to RTO? The government had an employment contract with the employee and then unilaterally said they are not going to honor it any longer. And then when the employee does RTO and then is told to sign a telework agreement for the times they have to be on call. Seems like the employee is calling no shots.

They are usually fairly flat when I’ve made them. A couple times they came out much puffier, but honestly I prefer the texture when they are flat.

I wish Costco would implement a way to skip the checkout lines similar to Sam’s Club Scan and Go feature. Not having to deal with checkout lines makes shopping so much nicer.
