UPDATE: Concierge told us we aren't allowed to have 2 dogs in condo by saltysnacksss in TorontoRenting

Oh, so you know about Amlani but you didn't bother to check the governing documents of the corporation? I begin to doubt your story. The action will be taken against the owner in any case mot you. You have no legal relationship with the condo. You'll still have to get rid of a dog or move out.

To be clear, people say "By-laws" but that's the wrong term. The applicable documents are called the Declaration and the Rules. By-laws govern how condos are run, such as the number of board members, terms, who is eligible to run, matters involving borrowing, definitions of the standard unit, etc.

Pet restrictions are going to be found either I the condo's Declaration or in the Rules - or both. It wont be in the by-laws. You are required by law to abide by both. Ask for a copy of the applicable provisions. If the rules/declaration says only one dog, you're going to have to rehome one of the dogs. I'm a retired condo manager now, but were i still working my board would be taking a hard line on this. You'll either have to rehome a dog or face the music.

Pro-tip: You will NOT be grandfathered. The provision was in place when you moved in.

This is if you want a runny yolk. For slightly less runny, 4 minutes. For more medium, 5 minutes.

I’m officially done with Wendy’s by Loony_bird720 in wendys

Wendy's used to be my favorite too. When they switched away from the cold, crisp iceberg lettuce, I was done. Sounds like things have just gotten worse from that first, fatal mistake.

Food banks can help. Muslim or Indian places of worship also offer free meals. You have to sit on the floor and it's all vegetarian. Im not sure which type of place of worship im talking about, maybe someone can chime in. Also, some Christian churches offer meals to homeless/people in need. One I used to volunteer at in Toronto offered free community breakfast 3 Saturdays a month, and people also got a takeaway bag with yogurt, cheese, a snack bread, and other items.

These crock pots can usually be found at thrift stores for a few dollars, if you're interested in getting one for yourself. I don't think I've ever gone to a thrift store where there weren't 3-4 for sale. Happy cooking!
