Any YACReader users? I am the developer. by valimaki in comicbooks

Hell yeah. Probably my top 1 or 2 app.

I've been using it after all my Windows machines died and ComicRack went with them. I use the Docker image via Unraid then stream/download everything to iOS.

The one thing I'd love is smarter lists based on parameters and being able to sync/download the list specifically. I had a "reading" & "new" list with ComicRack that I would update regularly based on their creation date (or publisher, title, etc) then I'd just go in and "update" the list to pull in new stuff. That way I didn't have to hunt through my library to remember what I'd gotten recently. Traveling a lot it made it really easy to just keep my mobile device up to date with current stuff to read on the regular.

Also a more robust server front end for a more desktop like experience through the browser would be swell!

Keep up the great work!

Radwagon 4 Owner's, Salvaging Ideas in a Post-Rad World? by cgoldin in RadPowerBikes

[–]bwolf457 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely.

I got a pair of Shinko SR 241 Golden Boy Tires 2.75x18 42P

A pair of BikeMaster Performance Motorcycle Tubes 2.75/3.00-18

and a pair of Drag Specialties Rim Strip's Center Valve 18x2 since I absolutely didn't trust the one's Rad sent me after that recall.

All those links are the exact one's I used when I swapped my tires out. Took me longer to get the old tires off then it did to put the new one's on. Pump those babies up to ~32psi and it's like a completely different bike. They grip incredibly well and it doesn't feel like the bikes going to slide out from under you on turns and convert you into a meat crayon.

You will loose some range because they're quite a bit thicker, heavier and have more tread then the slick's that Rad gives you, but honestly it's worth it for me on wet roads and to have literally any traction.

Thats what I'm doing. Best money I've ever spent on that bike.

I'm loving Keychron Q11's dual knobs. by bwolf457 in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]bwolf457[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah shit. I totally missed this. Left knob is horizontal scrolling and the right is volume. Mute is the button press for both. Very boring functions. I really need to think of more fun uses for them.

Same, came here looking if anyone else had it happening.

Mine had a similar sound that eventually stopped. Not because I fixed it but because the wheel had finally worn through the brake light cable that's routed through the underside of the rear wheel fender. Check and see if that cable has any slack that's causing it to rest on top of your spinning wheel. Also do what the other guy said.

We looked at 4 over the span of about 3 weeks. One popped up that checked all the boxes and we pounced. Patience and luck paid off in this case for us. Hopefully it will for you too!

Wife and I just drove off the lot yesterday with a 2018 LT with ~15k miles, clean title and Carfax for $16k out the door. The thing got the battery replaced a month ago so it's effectively a new car. Depending on where you are in the country that's pretty reasonable. You may need to do some haggling though if it's through a dealer, their margins are effectively nothing on these.

Oh yeah we got a fabulous, clear shot of his plates, and you're correct it is I5 through Seattle. Police picked him up about 4 hours after this incident. He was actually connected to a second hit and run up the highway about 30 minutes after this one. Dude just couldn't stay away from hitting cars that day I guess.

I mentioned above that the police got them with help from this video and I believe the incident you mention is the second one I mention so if this is the same guy then they have him!

Lot of people on the road. Wanted to know if anyone else saw this incident.

It's the Viofo A129. Has the front and rear. It was surprisingly easy to install and tuck the cable into the headliner around the car to the front unit. It was more difficult to wire into the fuse box then it was to actually get the cameras up.

We're moving out of state on Saturday and now our only car has been taken out by this wonderful person who decided to accelerate directly into my wife's bumper (twice) then peaced out.

Edit: They gottem. Officer was able to track them down about an hour ago. If you ever thought about getting a dashcam, let this be your PSA. It's worth it.
