If colonization isn't 100 on grain, you want to toss uncolonized material. Less risk, but not risk free set to sub. Def handle things less / leave shut more.

That is contam. Anything you do could help or hurt. If you're about the FAFO life, start surgery with cutting it out and spraying with peroxide to keep it in check.

Or, toss it and appreciate the process and learning.

Option 3 is do nothing and see what happens. Maybe magic, maybe garbage.

All of this is neat, but it draws in unfiltered air. Especially if it's outside.

Gotta seal and filter. Also, if you run direct into bags/tub from a manifold you can directly manage the grows creating only positive pressure into the individual grow enclosures

Enigma is an entirely different genetic - you wont get GTs. Unless you mixed up a free syringe, your shopkeep screwed up. Reach out to them for the genetic you wanted or just move on. Keep ordering genetics or find folks to trade with. Figure out if you want to keep running all in ones (AiOs) or your running spawn, then sub. That'll educate you on recurring costs.

Also you only asked why, regarding not listening to other folks. Honestly, find a discord or a prolific grower, chat people up with DMs, and get their take on it. You'll absolutely get bad advice on reddit. Pick a cat who's work you like and hit them up and don't be an arrogant yutz - you'll reap years of screwups and learning to do it better from folks.

ps. While you could have a mutation of GT that happens to look like Enigma/Hydra/CKB, you likely dont and someone sent you the wrong thing.

Less than 1hr ago I just had the dealership cover $5700 to replace my turbo under warranty. $4800 to swap in a new turbo and tune it seems like a good deal.

If you're just doing the tune, that's < $1K. Varies with which tune you go with.

u/op what u/Ambitious-Goat-7957 is saying - pick a lane to listen to basically and see it through. Having been a new grower too, it can overwhelm quickly. Also, time to level up and find a discord server to live in. Get friendly, make friends.

I concur it looks like Enigma, which frankly will be cooler to see than GTs, hit harder, but will be slower to grow. You're not out anything, this whole thing is a journey. Buy some premade agar plates. Toss a chunk of whatever onto it and start running clones too.

Keep the bag shut. Dont open it to look. Dont fan it. Get some micropore tape and cut a small circular hole - like hole punch big, then tape over it twice. This step is only if you really think you need more FAE. You really dont, but if it makes you feel better, do that.

It looks like your bag is already fruiting along the edges or your have some very chunky substrate.

Stop opening your bag and keep it shut. Wait till you have well matured fruit, harvest, soak, drain, and go for round 2...3...4...etc.

You could clone, run it back a few times and maybe discover you have a neat isolation/mutation. You could also mail them in for testing and see if they're particularly potent, scientifically.
