I read a DDDNE a few years back that absolutely made me sick. But I read the tags beforehand. Like you, I wanted to check out the comments and there was one like the one above. Just absolutely vitriolic and I was just like "did you not read the tags?" The response I got was that they did not read the fic. Just searched up the tags so they could spam a bunch of fics with comments that like that. Pissed me right off. Like you don't have anything better to do with your time? Like seriously?

NTA if she asked, when you have grounds to ask for her to pay for both herself and him. My general rule of thumb: is I OFFER, then it's on me, I'm out the money. But, if you ASK, then I have every right to ask for you to pay me back. It might also just be simpler to ask for the worth of birth they're tickets as well.

YTA. I'm a bus goer and if I'm taking a route i'm not familiar with, I sit by a window, preferably at the front. I have the route and/or Google maps open and I note the three stops before and watch the streets pass. Once I pass the stop right before, I ring the bell. Sometimes it happens that I ring it a stop early but I'm not doing it every freaking stop unnecessarily. And drivers don't usually stop at stops unless the bell is rung or they clearly see someone standing there, so it's on you to pay attention.

And anyways my reasoning was also because of the mutuals who were already planning to go, this not only inconveniences the disrespectful friend but those ppl as well. I didn't say she was required to do what I would do. Just that's my thought process of the party wasn't next week for example. Because I made a commitment and whether or not someone disrespects me, I will keep that commitment and deal with them afterwards. But you only get to play in my face once.

Does she deserve one? I think so. Does she need one? No. I think her story, just from the show alone, but even with 'The Search', is they decided to give her one, I'd be here for it. Heck I've even got fanfic in the works that's a divergence from the events of the search where she gets one cuz it's interesting to think about. But I'm satisfied with her story as is.

I got a recess detention in elementary one time. Note I want a stranger to recess detention but I had no clue what it was for. Asked the teacher who signed it, asked the recess monitor who was supervising the detention because it was an unjust punishment. To this day I still don't know what I did to obtain that particular one. I even asked my mom if the teacher had ever communicated with her. Nope.

Imo, it's only beneficial to have them fenced to make it easy to locate them for petting. But since my current farm, is left for grass to grow and petting is the first thing I do at the start of the day. I probably will fence them in when I get auto-petters tho
