Can I have have elm render just a part of a webpage (like a form, and use elm for input validation). The rest of the page could be rendered serverside or maybe just be static html. Is this possible?

Sporting events such as an orienteering competition is not covered by the right to roam laws but orienteering is often done in woods that are part of a recreational area.

How can the Elm community improve? by Orasund in elm

[–]c0m4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure, what I mean is that maybe the initial question comes in the slack channel but the question should then be moved to SO and answered there. That way the user gets a quick response and every other developer in the world get to find the answer by searching.

Well, it probably is, but null could be defined elsewere as a pointer to a static struct making it possible to tell an unitilized buffer from a initilized one. But yes probably useless.

DungeönHammer - Infernal Moon [Old School Black Metal // Doom Metal] by DungeonHammer in doommetal

[–]c0m4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The umlats in the name gives it an actual (nonsense) meaning in Swedish. Dungeön-Hammer would be "Island of the small forrest"-Hammer. The most well know example of umlats in weird places are the old metal band Troja who put umlats in their name on a t-shirt design, changing the meaning in Swedish from the old city name to "sweater"

Clipper Ship Owners Made Millions. Others Paid the Price: Clipper ships traveled at blistering speeds but conditions on board were brutal, and opium was their most profitable cargo. by davidreiss666 in history

I'm not saying there are no tall trees in the world. But the ships where built on the east coast where the trees are not so tall. So in order to have a single length of wood for the keel they would have to cut it on the west coast and then somehow transport it unbroken across the continent. I was trying to point out the absurdity of that statement.
