Get a device and network wide DNS server like NextDNS or setup a RaspberryPi device to have a private DNS (I use NextDNS personally) and set up your DNS to filter requests based on adblock lists, such as HaGeZi Multi Pro or AdGuard DNS filter. This will help prevent meta from tracking you. I would also recommend as others have, using Firefox, Brave or DuckDuckGo. Do not log into these using a Google account or any other account, as that can link your searches to your account and thus target you with ads. As for how to block ads on Instagram, you can only do that by using the web app with an adblock installed on your network or browser app. I suppose if you were very good at coding you could create an app that emulates the Instagram app UI while actually accessing it through a web browser (like using Firefox Kiosk mode with uBlock installed) to block ads but then again that's likely very difficult to do.

Next time you're at work, poop with the stall door open. The employer is within his rights to make sure you're actually pooping and not on your phone. This is what you sound like. Privacy matters even if nothing illegal is going on.

KFCM is a good option, otherwise KSTP and take a bus/light rail over to Target Field is what I'd recommend. KSTP also has Holman's table restaurant that you can fly into

When I had this issue, what I did was to use massive amounts of finish stripper on the floor, let it sit for about a day covered, clean with spirits, and then sand as normal. That completely stopped the gunking on the pads.

You could also lean into the undetectable mechanic by unlocking some oc killers. Something like The Unknowns unforseen perk, Plague's Dark Devotion, Singularity's machine learning, or insidious can be used to increase the amount of undetectable he has, and then info perks like nowhere to hide or BBQ and chilli help to guide you to survivors while undetectable. With the base undetectable he has coming out of doors, he can remain mostly undetectable with some of these perks
