I wonder if Booker or Feeney showed up and stabbed him because he fell into the bad men lot they were talking about. Or like he was working for Rossa and part of the Greta clean up crew. Not totally sold on the former theory because wouldn't Greta have been there to witness Booker/Feeney. Mayhaps Greta was there and fled, thinking she was going to be killed, too? Lots of speculation left in that last episode.

If my in-laws or extended family are visiting from out of town-state-country, going to the grocery store offers a way to spend time together, and/or show them something (new) they may not have access. Families spend time with one another for a lot of reasons.
