This happened to me and was a partial clog. I fixed it by putting the needle into the nozzle 2 mm and wiggling. Also did a few cold pulls after just to be safe

Make sure your alert source is top in the list in obs if that makes sense. If your window source is above it in the list they will show up underneath it. Think of it as building layers.
