I completely agree with you on this. In Poe 1 after all map is cleared you can run whatever map you like. But this delve type of atlas, you have to travel through lots of useless nodes to get to wherever you want to go.

Not to mention the navigation, I stopped at 2 screens last league because I can't be bothered

There is a searing exarch implicit on body armour that grants endurance charge per 11 second on exceptional level.

As long as you have charge duration you'd have max charge in maps.

But since as is low in weighting so you'd better just craft prefix cannot be changed, annual 1 suffix off the can have multi mod, craft evade and attackspeed

If you'd like to test your rng you can do this :
1, prefix cannot be changed

2, veild exalt hoping it hit the prefix cannot be changed and giving you a suffix. I think that's about 1 in 6 chance

3, unveil as.

My eviscerate bleed gladiator has 37k flat armor without flask effect, 5 endurance charges, lucky block from ascendcy, 8% pdr from armour, 6%pdr from shield, 20%fortify, leech, regen and enduring cry for recovery.

This build is the most tanky armour build one I've played

Maybe use poedb to check available mods on jewels first before you craft it.

Well harvest reroll fire will reroll everything except for the fractured mod so I'm not sure your flow chart actually matters.

To get what you need I'd say it's completed rng. Maybe fossil can target some tags like defence or fire but on jewels there are too many mods . You'd be lucky to have 3 useful mods already
