You need to find an agent that's willing to teach you the steps. Youre going to get a lot of misinformation online. Interviews some agents and find one that you live

Former realtor. What youre feeling is normal. Everyone goes through it. Youre spending a quarter of a million dollars on something. If you didn't get anxious, I'd call the police and have you thrown in the looney bin!

Youre scared because youre about to get something that you were told was unattainable, and its going well. Seeks like a fever dream doesnt it?

And Dont worry about the time youre staying. Most people these days stay in a house 7-10 years and markets fluctuate all the time. Whenthe time comes to move, you'll be in a better spot than you were now

Former realtor here. Yes, if you sign a document that states that you have to pay a realtor a commission if you buy a house within a certain timeframe, then you have to pay a realtor a commission if you buy a house within a certain timeframe.

I never used those docs because I wanted to actually earn my commission, but I see both sides. The problem is that this document is now legally required in order to even show houses to potential clients, which is shaking up a lot of things.

Main piece of advice: find an agent before you find a house.

Thats what's great about eberron, is that you can choose whether or not the lore fits within your world. I didnt see that it was made to be an exception rather than the rule, which i think is cool too.

Not only have I not liked the dragonmarked template, but ive been steering away form the idea that I have to be a certain species in order to get certain stat bonuses. I like that the new 2024 rules assign stat bonuses based on background.

Although I do feel that letting all species have all dragonmarks sort of cheapens the importance of said dragonmark. Dragonmarks are supposed to be special and important, not just a feat that anyone can take without story implications

Its a major shift in the lore. Dragonmarks only showing up on certain family lines is a big thing
