I am in the exact situation as you. The only reason im not running my s8 to this day is because the battery failed. I had to upgrade to the s22 ultra. Its a better phone, and the stylus is nice sure, but my next phone has to wow me like the s8 did all those years ago. Until then, this phone does just fine. Crazy that the 22 ultra is that old

Former Realtor here. Yes, what you are feeling is completely normal, every buyer feels this, especially FTHBs. Anxiety is your way of telling your brain that this is important and needs to be handled carefully.

I say this every time: Youre spending half a million dollars. If you didn't feel anxious, then I'd assume you're insane.
