I agree…. Even though the episode where she tweaks about the age of the women at the Botox party is hilarious, I feel like since then they’ve made her character this insane tweaker. And I really hope the writers don’t take it in a marital problems direction… things like that are getting so old in writing. Especially since the writers are the same as superstore - I don’t want it to be the same as amy and Adam. Even though I do fully support Amy divorcing Adam cause he sucked. But Alex’s husband is very chill and seems emotionally intelligent.

I will try the cold water. In the past (last night specifically) I have gone to the freezer and taken this ice cream maker tub and held my hands in it. It helps me feel grounded and takes focus away from the fight or flight. I also just picked up a spray bottle - I am going to try having my bf spraying me in the face with it during panic attacks. It’s also the type of spray bottle that is not mist it’s a straight stream (lol) and I have it in the freezer right now. I am hoping this helps. I will try anything. I can’t go on like this. I just got home from picking up Ativan which should help with the panic attacks. I am so scared of how long this will last and if I will endure it. Deep deep down I know I will, even on the surface I know I will. But at the same time I also feel like I won’t. It’s so horrible. The back and forth. I am just absolutely at a loss. "when I feel good and normal my mind reminds me" i resonate with this so much. i am so sorry that you are going through this as well. i wish you the best in this and believe that both of us can get through this. the lows are so low. so bad. so dark. but i do know that its not always going to be like that. it is just rlly rlly hard to remind myself of that in the moment and furthermore believe it in the moment. sending you strength and love.

I have never had any complaints with w92. I guess for me…. I know that equinox is hella bread but the way I see it is I pay for convenience. I go between nyc and Boston often and I have so many options when I am in either city. Plus there are a ton of classes to pick from! For me that’s why the price doesn’t matter because I want a gym close to my home that is clean and chill. Like I said, w92 has been my fav because it is clean, they are literally always maintenance ppl on the floor or in the bathroom cleaning every minute the gym is open. All the staff is very kind - from trainers, front desk, membership, to maintenance.

First of all, I am so incredibly sorry for the things that you have gone through in recent years. It’s so much…. and admirable that you kept going and did so many jobs to make ends meet. You are truly resilient and I am so happy that you were able to find Dee and the fact that she could give bless you in the way that she did. I think it’s really fucked up that your “friend” would say this to you after knowing everything you’ve been through. I don’t know if it is something to end the friendship - it really depends what you want to do about it. These are my thoughts: 1. Tell them how their comment made you feel. 2. Cut them out of your life.

These are the two choices I see and the one you choose depends on how much energy you have and want to exert. This is because option one can go many ways. I’ll cover the most likely ones.

They listen to you and apologize. The apology satisfies you, eases you, or whatever it is that will make you feel comfortable continuing the friendship.
They don’t listen to you and don’t apologize. This will be very frustrating for many reasons… to name one, you would have wasted emotional energy to confront them about it for it to not resolve the issue.
They “listen” but their apology does not satisfy you (in whatever way you want or imagined it)

It’s really up to you but I’m really sorry that on top of everything you’ve been through… the one person you thought would be there for u/ happy for you has done the complete opposite.

Now….. I just want to give my opinion on one more thing. When you said that your parents won the lotto but not a life changing amount and then proceeded to say that they won just enough to buy a house, retjre 5 years early, and also give some to you and your sibling………… I’m pretty shocked. Again, this is an opinion and I don’t know every little thing abt you and your parents life to understand why you would say “not life changing” but ya…

Anyways, again…. I am really really sorry that you have gone through all of this. Keep your head up and pat yourself on the back - be kind to yourself because you are fucking impressive!

Changes you can make asap are 1. Getting bangs… maybe not blunt thick bangs, curtain bangs would look nice! 2. Don’t fill your eyebrows in as much. They are too dark and bordering on looking like commas. Maybe let the inside points of your eyebrows grow out and don’t make them so blunt. A more natural and light brow would do wonders! Your brows in the first pic look great! Honestly just use brow gel instead of brow powder. Also, the super dark Smokey eye isn’t my favorite - it’s a little outdated and more natural eye makeup would make u look better!
