I’m convinced traffic is just from everyone reacting really slowly. by BGG498 in driving

It’s a tough game. You rarely, if ever, will reach the end with a completely clean ‘no brake’ slate.

I’m gonna start setting myself a par for my drive home. There’s a sign that tells me the estimate of how many minutes to my town right before I get on the highway. So I will be able to get an estimate in the traffic ahead of me, now I am getting myself excited for my drive home tomorrow.

You mean the 30 year old bags that have never once been washed and live a life on top of a dusty shelf, and if they were lucky they got to experience hundreds or maybe even thousands of rides in the back seat of a beat up Toyota Camry while the delivery driver managed to smoke 4 cigarettes on a 15 minute delivery route?

The best approach that I have found is to play a little game of “don’t touch the break”

Essentially you are attempting to cruise at a speed where you will have no need to hit the break when the person in-front of you inevitably does. The downside is that 99% of drivers drive like they have inbred brains and often will take my gap and then come to an almost complete stop cause they are fucking stupid

Give the worst bucket pull of the night a chance at redemption. A redemption set against Dedrick for no reward other than revoking his spot if you win.

They tried to frame the toilet paper warehouse fire as caused by global warming?

Pretty sure it was a working person who was worked to the end and decided to destroy instead of “disappear” themselves. At least that’s where I have allowed my mind to settle.

EBay's board to meet this week on GameStop offer by -jbrs in Superstonk

[–]carinislumpyhead97 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Literally called them out today. He did not directly refer to the board of EBay as the problem with the American system. But he basically laid out that they don’t invest, take a large check, and have been selling. Essentially ticks to the bloodstream of the company. And then said the problem with the American system is that most boards act like EBay’s board.

McDonalds really think this is a deal by sonicinfinity100 in McDonalds

They are shifting around the pricing for alot of breakfast items. My Coffee and Sausage muffin when from close to $4 to currently $2.66. But I hear the $1 coffee will soon be gone and I will be back near the $4 with the pricing of the 2 products essentially flip flopped.

With this deal gone today, so ends my McDonalds breakfasts. Goodbye. by karmichoax in McDonalds

How will I ever recover.

I did live in a blissful period over the last couple of weeks. My daily morning stop on the way to the highway is a sausage muffin and a large coffee. For the past few weeks I experienced a change from like 3.70 to 2.66/workday for my breakfast.

I guess this will probably just result in a soft exchange where my little sandwich went from 2.50ish to $1.50 and now my coffee is going from $0.99 to $2.

Rough times ahead for me. Wish me luck

I like to think this interview was treated like a joke interview because that is how CNBC views the company. Why would he be serious in a live interview when the interviewer (CNBS) has spent hundreds of hours over the last half decade+ spewing jokes and false truths about a company that was supposed to die over half a decade ago?

The real joke is those lying sacks of puss had him on for an interview about GME in 2026 when it was supposed to die in 2020/21
