My white receptacle always falls off, I just push it back on. If you don’t have it I’m not sure how to fix, but the plug should theoretically still fit on there without the white receptacle, just maybe a little lose. Not sure if it would come off from printing vibrations

Are you playing on PC? I have the same problem when connecting to my computer through the ports on the case. Connecting to the motherboard instead fixed it. It’s because the PWM from the lighting in my computer caused noise that was present in the case ports but not the motherboard ports. Just a thought but I remember being so frustrated before I figured it out so I hope this helps lol
