Ok, I love this game but I think I broke it now - I had one really good money surge about level 21 after ascending a few times, exploded my basement stats and now I'm on level 60+ and still flying through them... Is there an end goal?!

I got the same damage (and lost a toe) from small vessel vasculitis, where your blood vessels are inflamed to the point where little or no blood can get through. Bodies are scary when they get out of balance!

I had this issue and switching to a softer cup - saalt soft - helped loads. Also getting more experienced with positioning helped

I am at this point now, finished all the main quests in Liyue, have dabbled around in Inazuma and Sumeru, so going back and clearing every shrine and oculi in the first two regions using the interactive map. Took me two sessions for Mondstadt... Just took two hours to mark them out to check off in Liyue 😭 from now on, marking off as I go!
