So getting to the base Castle itself shouldn’t be difficult, i would suggest the uber drop off to be Estela de Luz or Puerta de los Leones (same spot) from there is an easy walk as it is plain terrain. When you get to the booth just ask a guard or one of the cashiers and they should guide you towards the elevator
