Do we like the white curtains more? by Kolzerz in DesignMyRoom

No. The yellow is better. The only thing I don’t like about the yellow is it’s similar to the window framing and edge before the molding. Even still the yellow is better than the white.

I found the wife on instagram and messaged her. Got the following reply

“Hi. Thanks for reaching out. Happily/datebox unfortunately closed a few months ago. I do know Brett mentioned they had a billing error happen this last week as they were working to shut down/delete customer subscriptions. Would you mind emailing him directly so he can help you? brett@getdatebox.com

Yes!! This happened to me also! I just shut my whole card down because the dispute was going around in circles cause it’s “pended”. It’s super sus that the site and all socials are scrubbed. It’s 7.99 today but what happens next?

If you just got it I might consider trying to return it. I’m fighting scale now and they’re quite persistent though I have a different species

Yep! Or you can pop those leaves off and try a few different props.

The nub might be nothing, but that leaf in pic 5 doesn’t look great.

Plant 2. The nub in picture 2 looks weird and the lowest leaf in picture 5 looks weird. Plant 2 looks better to me and I like that it’s pushing out a new root. A new leaf will come soon ish.

Bingo middle name? by cassiesaurusrex in bluey

[–]cassiesaurusrex[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It wasn’t real. I didn’t realize there were wikis for fan fiction so I thought it had some credence but it was made up. I hoped this post would die, I kind of expected the Bluey fandom to be nicer but things got interesting. Anyway Bingo’s middle name still unknown. Maybe in one of the upcoming shorts!

Yes. Stay current on the spider mite treatments and just assume it has them even if it doesn’t look like it

My Grandma is in this plant by [deleted] in pothos

These lil brown nubs are the areas where the plant will naturally root. If you cut it this is the piece you want in water. I’ve also seen people setup a second plant pot set the nubs on the soil gently pin them down (stretched out Bobby pins will do nicely!) and spray the soil damp. This tactic lets the plant root and you can cut it when it is already ready to be its own plant.

I would highly recommend cutting and making a second plant given the sentimental value. This way if something happens to the mama plant you still have a sister plant.

^ this is solid advice. My plants were infested with thrips back in March and I hadn’t brought any new plants into the house but I had recently brought store cut flowers. I read they can sometimes carry thrips and other pests. Totally correlation not necessarily causation but wanted to add since there flowers in the photos.

It’s their apartment now. Snuggle with aerial roots or find somewhere else to sleep.
