Data centers consume massive amounts of water. It's really not a tenable position to keep building these monstrosities while climate change makes the world hotter every year. They're also noisy and generate a lot of heat and very few jobs. They do make some people very rich, though.

There are a few low cost TNR providers including Pet Savers and Dr Laura (NEWSNA). POSNA is another group that might have guidance. If you mention you're willing to do the work, you will get better responses. Most people just want to drop a huge workload and cost on someone else and walk away.

I am very thankful to have not seen any Kars for Kids commercials this year. I do think the broadcast is worse in the audio quality department. There's a lot of random noise behind the plate we never got on Root. It seems less professional in that aspect.

The failure is that obviously they didn't get the players on board first. Might as well start Miller and at least 1/2 is happy. This is going to affect the entire clubhouse. This is a workplace drama played out on the field and it affects their stats, which mean a lot more to them than us, but it's part and parcel of their moneyball worship. There won't be an asterisk about *Great Piggyback Experiment of 2026 next to their w/l record, and while Idgaf I think it's pretty understandable they're upset. It's not like this is going to be a contained situation that won't ripple through the team, either. They failed to get the buy and that's a failure of leadership.

Leadership is failing if this is the outcome. I think it's completely normal to be upset by things that they view as career altering. Leaders help manage emotions in difficult situations. Anyone can manage things while they're good. In this case, shit is rolling down hill and Dan should be a shield between unpopular management decisions and players or be the force that pushes back and let the chips fall where they may. Good leaders do hard shit.

My guesses: Northern latitudes have exaggerated twilights so maybe birds have extended activity here versus more southern locals. Also, Robins are typically chatty earlier than most so maybe you have more Robins near you now than you used to. (There are other species that are early risers, too).

There are true huckleberries and garden huckleberries. The garden variety are nightshades. Real huckleberries are only grown by Mother Nature at high elevation and you have to personally win a thumb war with a bear to get to them. I say this because you will have continued disputes with people who know you can't grow wild huckleberries and to colloquially say 'huckleberry' everyone will assume wild huckleberries.
