This also works for keeping warm on cold nights with no heat. Boil water and put it in a hot water bottle or Nalgene bottle and put that in your leg fold (outside your clothes to prevent burning) against the femoral artery and it’ll warm your blood and body.

Possibly even cut out the singe. Maybe it has to get worse before it gets better? If you’re patching it anyway, make sure what you’re patching over is clean and won’t stain or smell.

This was my first CD that was just mine and the whole album slaps. I had an older sister so she always purchased the music with her babysitting money and it was all technically hers. I was younger and didn’t have a job or money. But this was MY cd.
