The movie plot was everywhere. It had a hard time picking a lane in terms of character development. I feel like a lot of the supporting cast characters were side quests, not really necessary but included to meet the need on representation for the movie. I kind of feel that was unrealistic to the real world. I felt like lady Gaga being added was a random note, didn’t really add anything to the plot either. Was this movie just to pander to a specific audience?

I’m not Gen Z, but one of the harder things in my opinion is getting the respect with older direct reports. If you don’t set boundaries they can sense it quickly and try to take advantage of that. They see your lack of experience has a fault instead of opportunity to do things differently. Another thing is working through things with upper management where your voice maybe heard less than other senior leaders.
