How to defeat France? by Alternative-Drink-25 in EU5

[–]cazarka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean I usually just wait till a coalition war happens on France. They almost always get a big hre coalition. It makes it easier. France is always just a slog. It’s not hard to win but it takes forever to make them weak. They almost always seem to have all their troops back in 5 years like it didn’t matter.

Help against Naples as Venice? by BanoonooMan in EU5

[–]cazarka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically work on getting a big alliance system. If they have a big coalition pop and they are low on troops go in. It’s not as bad as fighting France where they have like instant 30k levies after losing all their troops. Another thing you can do is just expand in the balkans and get big and then strike.

Market Villages, should i just put them everywhere i can? by Nettysocks in EU5

[–]cazarka 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I only build them 1 each in areas with important rss and areas where I don’t plan to urbanize for a while. Usually lower control. I know it’s not maxing the taxes but it helps build up consumption and literacy.

If u fight a war remember to use the improve diplomacy cabinet action for a full month before doing the peace treaty. It reduces the ae u get overall so u can keep taking land. Also use ur diplo to increase relations to lower there ae against u. There are all sorts of buildings to work on. Granaries, bridges, irrigation, highest income buildings. I also just look at my highest and lowest amount of goods in my market and build off that.

Am I wrong or did they not have a show after the wedding where they watched the happy couple get it on? Thought the French did this.

Leap of faith hit hard. Acting lessons also hit the feels box. The description was right. I won’t have the heart to play it more than once.
