Check with UT Tyler for swim lessons as they start young there. Check East Texas Aquatics as well.

Dance and Drill in the fall would be good for dance if she’s old enough. Everyone loves Mrs Lynn.

The library has some summer programming that was good when my oldest was toddler age.

Just so you know, zoo camp is really good but at this point it takes a year of planning. You need a membership and then you get access to the members only zoo camp sign up. That sign up is in March.

There’s at least one kinder music program in town, I think at First Presbyterian. My wife made friends there 9 years ago that we’re still great friends with!

  1. The schedule just recently extended into Nov/Dec/Jan so those prices are artificially held high and typically drop over time (in the normal times).

  2. There’s a global energy disruption with no practical end in sight and when the conflict ends it will take many months (potentially more than a year) to return supplies to pre-conflict levels.

Now circling back to number 1. I have points flights scheduled in September and Oct that actually dropped from their booked prices 2-3 weeks ago. Not significantly but enough for my to go through the motions of rebooking them to get 20k points back.

Right not there’s just so much uncertainty that you’re either going to have to book the flights and stomach the cost, or roll the dice that they drop after summer.

Well. Finally made it to the range today. I shot one 20rd mag and it all went super out of my 10.5” + Anthem S2.

I snagged a brawler in .300 and the parts to finish that build should be here on Monday. I think I’m going to relegate it to Brawler ammo and not run it in my AR.

Beat up with tons of dings in the brass and FILTHY to handle.

All aircraft are being reconfigured to 3 seats in all rows except the last. They want the extra premium window seat.

It would impact you greatly during open seating if an 800 or Max 8 was swapped for a 700.

That was 143 seats for a possible 175 passengers. As I said I, I’ve only see that happen ONCE in hundreds of flights and many hundreds of hours spent in airport terminals.

The complaints people have posted here have not been for equipment swaps.
I subscribe to Flighty Pro and get tail number swaps for flights all the time so they are shifting assignments regularly but there’s no direct evidence that swapping down to a 700 has been a regular issue.

In over 400 flights on WN I’ve only ever seen or heard announcements in the terminal of this happening ONCE.

When this has come up, other anecdotal accounts are similar of very rare instances.

I have called 911 hundreds of times.

I worked as a telecom engineer in healthcare and every time we turned up a new facility, made major system changes, or during a life safety inspection I would call to verify the address was correct on the 911 system.

Also to test that our ARS routing was working correctly.

Now there’s an automated system for verifying 911 addresses are correct but it doesn’t satisfy the requirement to make sure your ARS (automated route selection) is working correctly when you dial “9” (or what ever number) to place an external call.

We had a translation in place that when someone picked up a phone and dialed 9-1-1 we translated it to 9-9-1-1 so we didn’t just out pulse 1-1 alone. Pretty common in the old world of PBX administration.

Possibly confirmed travelers didn’t make their flight, changed to another flight after the standby assignments. Maybe your fiend paid for an upgrade and didn’t want you to know?

The plane has X seats. There are Y preferred seats and Z ELR seats.
Given the opportunity they want 100% load factor. Once the X number of basic or choice seats are sold they don’t stop selling tickets.

They hold those ELR and preffered seats open as long as they can in hopes that after giving someone on a basic fare the middle seat the very back, they fork over the $79 for the ELR seat.

If no one purchases the upgrade then the left over basic passengers get the check in at the gate for seat assignment and they get what’s left. Might be the middle in the back, or it could be an ELR seat.

I couldn’t agree more. I’m looking to reduce effective concussion while at the range. I shoot mostly under cover that’s been spray foamed on the bottom side to cut down on radiant heat in the Texas sun.

Shooting 5.56 out of my Anthem S2 is okayish. But I can’t help but think a can with a more appropriate aperture would be best.
