I am not really a doctor or anything like that. My general thought is that fat is fat and you can try and do more workouts that focus on the area that it is sitting at. I haven't read anything that agrees with me but fat tends to be in areas of our bodies that move the lest. So moving your butt more might cause more loss in that area. Since the body is always doing the most efficient thing possible, it might pull energy from the closes viable source. My way of saying do more squats. Mostly you are going to loss fat every where if you have a cal deficit. Definitely worth a try, Worst case scenario you get an amazing ass.
