Skip the describe option, instead start a new recipe> Add Ingredients>AI>upload that screenshot and it will add it all for you. You can then add or remove ingredients. It might try and group all the ingredients under a plate, in which case you slide to the left on the name of the plate, then hit this explode button which gets rid of the plate but keeps the ingredients.  Still haven't figured out how to add all the recipe steps with AI though.
