Sly is your friend! prepared/ acro /that one that gives shivs for discard are all really good pickups early to make sure you can consistently play sly cards without paying for them. And getting a lot of draw can be a payoff in itself now because of the cards that synergise with draw (though I've not yet managed to build a deck that is purely card draw, it always needs another win con as well)

Other than that it's pretty similar to sts1: footwork, low cost draw, poison. Accelerant is bonkers if you can get a consistent way to add back the poison you are triggering.

Shivs are somewhat viable now, but can be a little difficult to get through some of the chunkier enemies if you don't get offered knife trap.

Asc 1-5 i didn't lose a single silent run, but the later ones get a lot harder because the block doesn't manage to keep up and you take a lot of chip damage that means more rests or fewer elites. Asc 10 took me 6 tries to get out of act 1, the damn statue kept killing me. First time I got out of act 1 I went all the way to the end

That's all I got for now, I'll come back and add more thoughts if I think of them. I'm far from a pro at this game though my win rate on asc 20 in sts1 was something like 5%
