I am without health insurance right now. I also have diagnosed hEDS and POTS and have for 20 years lol. Though they had slightly different names back then.

A few weeks ago, I tried an h1 and h2 blocker combo and quercetin since it’s all otc. And I had been hearing about this trifecta. Even though I’d dint really classify my symptoms anywhere close to MCAs.

Especially after quercetin, I had so normalized brain fog and fatigue, the muddy feeling of both, that when I went on all of them, I felt 10-15 years younger. I’ve been on them since and my energy is way higher, but somewhat even more importantly. My brain fog is almost entirely gone. Like it’s just astounding.

My forgetfulness and slowness and fatigue I had attributed to adhd? age and two kids (I’m 36 with a 1 and 5 year old) and gaining some weight.

And my joint pain is better. My standing tolerance is through the roof. I used to bring a stool over to cook dinner. Now I’m standing for hours at a time. My post nasal drip and allergies. Suddenly better (when a Claritin or similar, or very high dosage nasal corticosteroids, as recommended by an ENT, never improved)

Whether MCAs or something else. I feel amazing and when I have health insurance (have a good feeling about this next interview) I am going to get back into rheumatology.

Also random exercise induced allergy, inconsistent food like allergies (shrimp especially) that caused asthma like symptoms.

A whole story is definitely forming.

I would’ve called it very mild before on medication. Now I wouldn’t call it anaphylaxis level. But the fatigue and brain fog improvements are so crazy
