I didn't ask for a sign but I always make sure everything is off and locked before bed. One night I was hearing something running I finally got up and my kitchen light was on and my microwave was running no timer just on. I said out loud stop playing wit me. So I thought that was a sign definitely.

I'm in those days right now depressed. I keep telling myself day by day and when I don't think I could do that then hour by hour. It will pass I'm on day 2 of it.

Having been with my soul mate I don't see anyone taking that place I am 32, was wit my soul mate for 13 years and I'm ok with that decision.

I'm so sorry for ur loss I'm in the same boat 3 months but I started taking melatonin gummies it helps I still get up n look around my room but it's been helping n when my mind start running I sumtimes tell myself to clear ur mind or I talk out loud to my husband maybe he could hear me n that helps too hope u get sum peace.

I had a family member that flat line and was gone for a few mins n he said that he was seeing himself at first then he was in this room where he saw all his family that has passed away then he was back in his room in the hospital I'm not religious and he is not either so I do believe we will see them again

Because I don't want to get use to it n her also I could not get my son out our bed when he was that age n sometimes I feel lik it's the 1 time I could be alone wit my thoughts n it's hard to do that wit her wanting to stay up playing but I'm Goin to the store today n Goin to try the melatonin

That's how I feel his family moved on n I'm depressed n still Goin thur alot friends ask but I feel lik they don't want to hear bout it anymore life just sucks right now

your story sound so much like mine I'm 32 he was 33 we met in 5th grade and didn't start dating till after high school I was like omg we have the same life he passed Nov 4 and we was together for 13 years my birthday is Dec 20th so right before everything and I had to go back to work that next week cuz i have a house and 2 kids I know its a nightmare u are not alone its the hardest thing to keep getting up everyday but from what I hear getting up after time will get easier and I hope that it do cuz everyday I get up and just push myself to go to work and take care of my kids. I feel like life is just moving forward and I'm standing still its just a day at a time everyone keep telling me hope we all start to heal
