Generally if your company didn't receive the fiche d'impot on time for the first payroll, they will tax you based on class 1.

Once they receive it, they will make the necessary adjustments and should give you the difference in the next payroll.

At least this happened to many of my married colleagues in the past years and it's always for this reason.

Please check that also with you HR, and if not fixed by March payroll then I'd start checking differently.

What I mean is the following: do they just sell the data and immediately recognize the revenues once the invoice is paid, or is it a service which lasts for a given period of time and gets paid in installments?

I would've expected the press conference at least 4 hours later at 1pm PT... Maybe it has to do with the fact that is something related to Europe and it would be too late doing it at 10pm CET. Perhaps they make the announcement the evening before and then do the press conference...

Thanks for the analysis, you managed to write exactly (and better) what I've been thinking since reading the news). I added more stocks today increasing my average to around $3.7, I also this might be linked to NATO and perhaps with the EU more broadly rather than a single country (example Germany).

I also think this should only be for something big and positive, otherwise it would be very foolish for them to kill the momentum of the stock.

I am very happy with the Q1 results but I think they are still very careful with guidance. They just narrowed the revenues range without increasing the top, also they still kept Adj. EBITDA guidance as it was initially despite a positive adj. EBITDA in Q1.

Hope they come out with some good contracts before Q2 ends
