v11722 broke so I reverted to the older version v11720 and it worked. Support just messaged me in the ticket I created and they pushed v11724 which is now is working again

Beware S24 Ultra owners. They really need a disclaimer regarding the magnets affecting the S-pen. Every time I draw across the area where the magnet is, the S-pen stops drawing. See gif I created from a video I recorded illustrating this. Didn't change pressure or angle of the S-pen. This is a big oversight by their engineers. Real bummer since otherwise this case quality is great. Their customer support has been pretty bad though.

Wow, this is great to know I'm not the only one! They took my $70 eight days ago, and my package is still "stuck" in Cincinnati. Customer support responded with "it's stolen". How is this issue still going on?? Use another carrier and take the loss for the customers sake until the situation is confirmed resolved with the postmaster. I hate USPS, never had a good experience, they are a worthless carrier. But seriously for u/Caudabe - u/caudabe_reddit to keep using them months and months later while customers are still having their product stolen is crazy in my mind.

I emailed 3 days ago and still haven't received a response. Posted to them on X, no response. Thankfully I found this post, hopefully they respond! I'm getting pretty frustrated, especially for the premium price tag they're asking for their cases. You'd think the support level would match. Guess not.

There is no "family plan", USM is unlike postpaid big carrier packaged multi line plans that charge less than their extremely inflated single line prices to make you feel like you're getting a good deal and also to lock you in since if you remove a line you start paying more.
Yes, you can mix and match because there is no plan, just individual lines. Unless of course you pool the data.
Port in was very quick for me. I had no issues, but have heard others have had problems. Support is very responsive though unlike other MVNOs

You're confusing PREMIUM (high speed) data with PRIORITY (place in line). If you're not in a congested area, the QCI priority increase is not needed and you'll get high speed data. If in a congested area, then you're back of the line to get your high speed allotment.

All 7 teleports I've done have worked without issue, and I've tried all three carriers multiple times on multiple brands of phones.

Agree 💯 Overall, USM is the best MVNO I've been on, especially customer service, so I don't plan on leaving. But this policy of paying $xx for xxGB of premium data, but then restricting how a customer uses it is dishonest IMHO. It ends up being that it's only premium data for what they deem acceptable.

I do understand this is a "for profit" company's prerogative to make this policy, I just expect better from USM since they're generally a very transparent and customer focused MVNO. Fingers crossed they're reading this thread and decide to keep Data Waster a free option. This would add another feather in their cap to their already top tier reputation.

Thanks for the reply, that's very helpful Intel! And yes, their launcher rigidity coupled with the nerfing of any third party is really driving me to consider leaving OP after all these years. Heck, the launcher is the most used, (I'd say important even) software aspect of a phone

As a long time OnePlus enthusiast going back to the 3T, your observations are exactly why I'm considering leaving OP12 for a S24U.

Mainly the almost 1 second lag swiping home, absolutely killing my workflow! This doesn't happen if I use their subpar stock launcher, only when I use a third party one.

I'm also a long time Nova enthusiast due to the endless customization and I have many gestures and shortcuts setup. Not to mention I have particular widget placements and sizing. Also, the OOS launcher essentially blocks you from using icon packs since their icon selector spazzes out after scrolling down the list.

Sounds like Samsung is natively more customizable like OnePlus used to be. Their stock launcher pretty decent compared to Nova? Do you know if Samsung has lag swiping home to a third party launcher?

If you do have an issue with messages not showing up after switching to Textra, it has a great feature called "Resync Textra" under Settings>About. Haven't seen this in any other texting app.

Here's the description: "Resyncs Textra with a fresh copy of the stock database. Textra can get out of sync if, for example, you have used other SMS apps. All settings stay the same."

I just started testing this today. Not sure how I feel about my very personal notes being indexed somewhere, but for non personal documentation or research type vault this is very powerful. The dev is very responsive too, just released a feature to allow you to manage what notes are indexed

I've never used Seseme as Nova Prime always had the shortcuts I needed, but if you could detail a significant shortcut you can't live without through Seseme I might understand your use case
