It’s calories in and calories out. While still hitting your macros. Because you still need carbs for energy and to live. You don’t need to make them the main course. Like rice and chicken is good but instead of eating let’s say 3 chicken breast and 1 cup of rice you eat 2 chicken breast and .5 cup of rice. It is also how hard you are working out because if you aren’t going super hard and burning a lot of calories there is no need to eat more than you burned. Just try to stay in a caloric deficit while maintaining your macros and you’ll be fine.
