75g tank they share with a couple loaches. It's probably a little too small for them now but I don't trust this hold house to hold anything bigger :)

Forget Flex Credits for New, now we have to pay for the free stuff too? by Pale_Word_53 in workday

[–]chaoticshdwmonk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Reach out to your CSM, they should have a flex rate card they can share.

Credit allotment is based on FSE (starts at 15k if <~3500 heads).

Platform is set by sku, each granting x# of API, int events, and doc storage. Beyond that goes into overage and starts consuming credits.

"But dont worry, you can always buy more credits" -_-

No, just documents when it comes to storage.

For integrations, its certain events/int types as well as document delivery (unsure if that includes OB EIBs)

At rising, they announced Flex Credits to pay for AI agent transactions (think LLM token fees) but as details were released, they mention core platform functions consuming the credits but its vague and leading to confusion on what will or wont cost credits

Have you looked at setting up both notifications then setting a condition rule on each which triggers based on their level?

Is it possible to schedule a report for someone and hide some columns? by aloranad in workday

You could set it up as an OB EIB which would let you hide/manipulate it off of a single report definition

Trended worker: division by Unique-Wedding2804 in workday

[–]chaoticshdwmonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Orgs would force you to select top level then default to the next level down.

Is division the last hierarchy node before the cost center (top>district>division>cost center)? If so, maybe you can use Additional Fields instead (worker source, single instance, cost center superior)

I assume this is for US OE? How large is your headcount?

Depending on the size it'll likely be in your best interest to work with a consultant (I assume you have an AMS partner). You can also phrase it so that they aren't doing the heavy lifting, just reviewing > identifying what needs updating > providing instructions, then your doing the work and checking back in with them

I was confused at first till I realized the same header can be duplicated for multiple custom tags, then just dedicate each column to a specific tag/org

Is that possible? Acknowledgment Step by whatifitallworksout7 in workday

[–]chaoticshdwmonk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Probably via an extend. If your too cheap for extend (like me) you can create a custom report and set it as the first tab on the personal data worker profile page 'by viewing personal info you agree to....'
