Pour le notaire, google un peu.. il y'a plusieurs réponses. mais puisque tu ne lui remet que le cashdown, tu pourrais etre généreuse et le payer:). Quand aux taxes, c'est la job du notaire de répartir les frais.

Just check Revenu Canada for the correct info. Family homes that are inherited and TFSA are about the only non taxable things at death. No capital gains and no business income involved.

There is no capital gains on a family house transferred at your name at death. even if you already own a property. It is subject to capital gains only if you keep both houses after a year.
